Question: My 3CXM356/3CCM356 Modem will not work in my Toshiba Cardbus machine with Windows NT. Answer: Enter the Bios of the laptop by pressing "ESC" until prompted to press the "F1" key. Then hit "PG DOWN" to get to second page of the BIOS. Hit the right arrow key until it highlights the pccard controller mode. Then hit space bar until the controller mode changes to PCIC Compatible. Press to exit the bios, and confirm the changes by pressing Y. Reboot into Windows NT. This time it should work without any problems.
